The following scripts have not been actively developed since 2000, and updates will be limited to security fixes.

If you find a security flaw in a script, please let us know. Patches will be gladly accepted, but feature requests will not.

YAGS - Yet Another Guestbook Script

Yet Another Guestbook Script is a powerful guestbook script, with:

Flat-file data storage - no need for a MySQL database
Automatic page overflow
User and admin control over entries (edit and delete)
Easy configurability, using either a text editor or the administration script provided
E-mail notification of changes to the guestbook for the script admin
Field validation - data is validated, limited, and you can even specify which HTML tags you will allow, and it will ensure that they are closed
Censor - you can specify what words to censor, and what the guestbook should do when it finds one
Guestbook modes - you can disable the guestbook, disable entry additions, or set it to moderation mode (entries need administrator approval before being shown)
